Zachary MacinnesSenior University Relations Representative & Director of Communications in Austin, United States Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Zac graduated from Emmanuel College in Boston with a BA in International Affairs and Spanish. He has studied abroad in Peru, Mexico and Spain and has traveled extensively throughout Europe, Australia and Latin America. Along the way, he taught English as a Foreign Language (EFL) to children, helped rebuild homes felled by an earthquake and worked to protect fragile ecosystems threatened by invasive species. This diversity of experience served to strengthen Zac's commitment to international education and passion for language and culture. He joined ISA in the summer of 2009. As the Region XI representative, Zac revels in helping to make the study abroad dreams of U.S. college students into a bona fide reality.
