Regional Director of University Relations in Austin, United States
Andrew's relationship with ISA began after a fateful phone call from an old friend suggesting that they spend their junior year in Barcelona. It was an unforgettable nine months and it inspired him to stay close with ISA and the field of international education. Upon returning to Texas A&M to finish a degree in history, Andrew was selected to be an ISA Global Ambassador to promote study abroad on his home campus.
After graduation, he moved to Austin to join ISA full-time and soon became the rep for Southern California, where he worked for two years. Andrew has now switched coasts to manage universities in Florida while being named the newest Regional Director in the University Relations department.
In addition to his travels in Spain, Andrew has visited Belgium, Belize, Canada, Chile, China, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Holland, Honduras, Italy, Israel, Jamaica, Mexico, Morocco, Peru, Portugal, and South Korea. These trips have been documented by a series of handstand pictures in front of landmarks that were featured on CNN.com/Travel.
When he's not sharing his passion for study abroad on university visits you can find Andrew performing with his band all around Texas. Recently, a jingle Andrew wrote for ISA was featured on an NPR segment on study abroad.
