Courtney DiegelUniversity Relations Representative in Austin, United States Courtney joined the ISA team after graduating from the University of Northern Colorado with a major in Marketing and a minor in Spanish. Originally from the Black Hills of South Dakota, Courtney sought out the study abroad opportunity early on in college, in order to expand her cultural horizons. Her passion for traveling abroad was ignited after studying at the Universidad de Menéndez Pelayo with ISA in Sevilla, Spain in the Spring of 2009. Upon returning to the states Courtney worked at the Center for International Education at UNC advising students whom also had the desire to study abroad. Aside from studying in Spain, she has traveled to Canada, Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy, Belgium, Czech Republic, Poland, Holland, Mexico, Ireland, Morocco and Portugal. She hopes to share her life-changing experience of studying abroad with students who are looking to gain a vast world view and invoke on an enlightening adventure. When Courtney is not sharing her passion for study abroad you can find her doing almost any outdoor activity or playing one of the numerous sports she enjoys.
