Customized Faculty-Led Programs
Designed in collaboration with US universities and colleges to meet the specific cultural and academic objectives of their students and faculty
ISA began collaborating with universities to support faculty-led programs in 2000. Since then, ISA has partnered with more than 25 U.S. universities to successfully develop and administer over 125 programs. ISA can support study abroad programs in Europe, North Africa and Latin America. With its diversity of program sites and the dedication of its experienced Resident Directors, ISA administers faculty-led programs in a wide array of fields, including modern languages, literature, art history, mathematics, business and marketing.
ISA Customized Programs are developed to meet the needs of your university. ISA coordinates the logistical details such as housing, classroom facilities, cultural and academic excursions, and local guest lectures, thus allowing the U.S. home institution's faculty to focus on academic instruction. Language, culture or specialized courses may be contracted through the host university abroad. ISA can also arrange learning opportunities outside of the classroom such as museum visits, walking tours, and excursions to cultural and historical sites in the host city and surrounding areas.
Customized Programs may run in length from 10 days to 4 months and are currently being offered in the following ISA country sites: Argentina, Chile, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, France, Italy, Mexico, Peru and Spain. To request a proposal and detailed pricing information or simply to discuss your program options, please contact ISA at 1-800-580-8826 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
