Prior to enrolling in courses at this language level, students must have completed or tested out of a minimum of four semesters (or six quarters) of college-level Spanish at their home university in the U.S.

Overview

Different theories of international politics. Insertion in the modern political systems. The international order and international politics throughtout history. Methodologies of international politics.

Objetivos del curso:
Proveer al estudiante instrumentos teórico-prácticos para el análisis y comprensión de la política internacional, a partir de un programa avanzado de teoría de relaciones internacionales, que tiene como base el debate de posguerra fría y cuyo alcance son los debates más actuales de la disciplina.

Sistema de evaluación:
El alumno deberá cumplir con al menos el 75% de asistencias. Además de la lectura obligatoria de la bibliografía propuesta, se requerirá la aprobación de las instancias evaluatorias: un "exámen parcial" a mitad del cuatrimestre, un "exámen oral integrador" al final del mismo, y un "exámen final" de la materia.
