Valparaíso and Viña del MarSemester / Trimester:Business Courses in English and Courses with ChileansSpring 5 2010 (Late Jan, 2010 to Mid Jul, 2010) Travel Depart from the U.S. You should be at the airport at least 2 1/2 hours prior to your flight departure time. Late January Travel Arrival in Santiago between 8 am and 12 noon. Bus ride to Valparaíso and meet host families. Early February Orientation Orientation at UAI. Placement exam and class registration. Early February Classes Intensive language courses begin. Classes are held Monday through Friday. All weekends are free. Early February Classes Intensive language classes end. Mid February Excursion Bus ride to Santiago to meet up with Spring 4 students. Tour of Santiago and orientation. Late February - Early March Exams Bus ride to Valparaiso. Early March Orientation Orientation week at UAI. Early March - Early March Classes Regular Class schedule. All weekends free except for a few ISA organized excursions. Early March - Mid July Travel Return to the Unites States. Students may stay and travel independently.
