Depart from the U.S. You should be at the airport at least 2 1/2 hours prior to your flight departure time.

Excursion
Arrive in Santiago and check into hotel. Begin tour of Santiago.
Thu. 07/22
Excursion
Continue tour of Santiago and surrounding area.
Fri. 07/23 - Sun. 07/25
Travel
Tour Santiago in the morning. Bus ride to Valparaíso and meet host families.
Mon. 07/26
Orientation
International Student Orientation week at the Universidad Católica. Placement exam and class registration.
Tue. 07/27 - Mon. 08/02
Classes
Regular class schedule. Classes are held Monday through Friday. All weekends are free except for a few organized excursions.
Wed. 08/04
Travel
Return to the United States. Students may stay and travel independently.
Sat. 11/27
  • Weekend excursions to Pucón, Horcón, Isla Negra, Valle del Elqui (Optional) and Portillo (Optional) will be announced upon arrival.
  • Class times will be determined after arrival to the program site.
