Karla Carballo is the Academic Director of ISA programs in Heredia. Karla's studies in psychology have given her great skills for communicating and teaching. She has had the opportunity to work in personnel recruitment and other duties related to human resources, psychology, and education. Karla has traveled in the United States and through much of Europe, but it was her student exchange experience in France that provided her with the confidence and skills to advise students studying abroad in Costa Rica. Karla enjoys sharing stories of Costa Rica's people and history, and sharing her country's spectacular sites with ISA students.
