All courses are taught by host university faculty at King's College London. ISA participants take classes alongside British and other international students.

Selecting the Arts & Sciences or Global Health track

As part of the Arts & Sciences curriculum pathway students can select modules (courses) offered by the Faculty of Arts & Humanities, Faculty of Life Sciences & Medicine, School of Law, Faculty of Natural & Mathematical Sciences, School of Nursing & Midwifery (excluding clinical placements) or Faculty of Social Science & Public Policy. All course selections are subject to approval by King's College and not guaranteed.

Students wishing to take a more specific focus can choose the Global Health track offered by the university. Students participating in this track are required to take both the Global Health & Social Medicine modules during their time abroad and are given priority for these classes. Students will then select two additional modules from the Arts & Sciences catalog to accompany their Global Health modules.

Eligibility

Minimum GPA

Students must have a minimum grade point average of 3.30.

Minimum Admissions Prerequisites

There is no language prerequisite for this program.

Students must have at least a sophomore (second year) status at their home university.

All students must submit an letter of recommendation and a letter of intent along with with the standard ISA application.

All students participating in an academic year or internship program are required to obtain a British Tier 4 Visa before departure for an additional cost.
