Student Visa and Embassy Information

A permit is required in order to study in Fiji. Please DO NOT apply for your permit though the Fijian consulate. Please complete the pages of the form and ensure that the following items are included when you submit your form:

  • A copy of the personal / bio-data page of a valid passport (the page with your photo)
  • Copy of your return/roundtrip itinerary which must be valid for 12 months
  • The letter of acceptance from USP (ISA will include this on your behalf)
  • A medical report using the medical report form attached to the visa application form (You must submit the medical regardless of the length of time you will be in Fiji)
  • A police report using the police report form attached to the visa application form
  • 4 regular passport photos (Please attach two for the application and two for the medical. Please be sure to include your name on the back of the photos and have an adult sign the photo indicating it is a true likeness)

Visa application processing fees of US$325 payable by check to ISA. (This includes the immigration visa fee and the servicing fee for the University of the South Pacific.) Processing time for a Fiji study permit is approximately 60 days. Please note you will receive your study permit approval letter from ISA very shortly before you depart.

A passport is required for all ISA programs.
