Semester / TrimesterIndian Culture and Society & Courses with Locals -University of HyderabadThe Indian Culture and Society & Courses with Locals program allows students the opportunity to take specially designed courses for international students, including Hindi, while also taking regular university courses with local Indian students. Students will be able to choose from a wide variety of courses in many subject areas, as well as courses designed to help students learn more about India's history, politics, and culture. A $400 refundable security deposit will be charged to students living in ISA arranged housing. ISA may retain some, or all, of this deposit in the case of damage to property, or if utility usage exceeds the allotted monthly amount. EligibilityMinimum GPA Students must have a minimum grade point average of 3.00. Minimum Admissions Prerequisites There is no language prerequisite for this program. Students must have at least junior standing (third-year) at their home university at the time of participation.
