Students will enroll in one Italian language course as well as 3-4 other courses per semester in a variety of subject areas at The American University of Rome including: Arts, Business, Communication, History, International Relations, Literature, Marketing, Political Science, Social Sciences, and more.
A few courses have extra fees for materials and/or field trips. Courses are taught in English except for Italian language courses which are available for students with a beginning through advanced level of proficiency. Courses will be taught by local and international faculty. Classmates are international students.
Internships are available for ACADEMIC YEAR STUDENTS ONLY.
Minimum GPA
Students must have a minimum grade point average of 2.75.
Minimum Admissions Prerequisites
There is no language prerequisite for this program.
In order to be eligible for this program, applicants must be degree-seeking students at their home university.
