Business Courses in English with Locals and Korean Language

Students can take one Korean language course along with three or four elective courses taught in English, or take all their courses in English. This program focuses primarily on Business, Economics, and Korean language, although there are several courses in other fields, offered each semester. In November 2015, Konkuk acquired the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) accreditation, making it an ideal location for Business students from all over the world.

Courses are taught in English except for Korean language courses which are available for students with a beginning through advanced level of proficiency. Courses will be taught by local and international faculty. Fellow Konkuk University classmates are both Korean and international students.

Upon program completion, students will receive a transcript from Konkuk University.

Students who select the Semester + Semester option for this program will receive a $1,500 discount. ISA support services, housing, and insurance are not included during the interim period between sessions but may be added for an additional charge.

Minimum GPA

Students must have a minimum grade point average of 2.50.

Minimum Admissions Prerequisites

  • Students must be enrolled at their home institution during the semester before their term at Konkuk. High school graduates who have not enrolled at a higher education institution must provide an official acceptance letter proving their enrollment at a U.S. institution for the semester immediately following their term at Konkuk.
  • All students must have received their valid passport in order to participate and be accepted into the program. Students who do not yet have a passport MUST apply for one as soon as possible and may need to pay for expedited processing.
