Seoul Housing Information

ISA Housing provides the opportunity for students to experience aspects of the Korean lifestyle that are inaccessible to the average visitor of South Korea. All housing is on campus, conveniently located near public transit routes accessible to all parts of the city. The experience of living in another culture will be both educational and rewarding so long as you stay open-minded and reasonable at all times. There are differences in culture and lifestyle between life in South Korea and the U.S. Remember: the key to a positive experience is flexibility. With this in mind, you can have an amazing stay in Seoul!

ISA Apartments (with additional cost)
Starting 2015 Fall, ISA apartments will be avaialble to students who study abroad in South Korea. Students will be placed in furnished, centrally located apartments. Bedrooms are single and double occupancy. Apartments have bedrooms, lounge/living room, kitchen and bathroom(s). Each apartment is equipped with basic furnishings and supplies, including one single bed (per student), basic cookware and kitchenware, a table and chairs and furnished sitting area. All apartments are same-sex, non-smoking environments.

Konkuk University Dorms: Students participating in programs at Konkuk University will stay in the KU:L House, the Konkuk University Student Dormitory. ISA students will live amongst Korean and International students. Each double occupancy room includes an internet connection, cable TV with 54 channels, air conditioning, and a shared refrigerator on each floor. Each room has a private bathroom with shower, and is located near the center of campus.

Korea University Dorms: Students participating in semester programs at Korea University will stay in one of the four Korea University Domirotries: CJ International House, Anam Global House and Anam Hall 2, based on availability and placements. During summer program at Korea Univeristy, Frontier House dormitory is available for students. ISA students will live with other local Korean studnets and International students. Shared kitchens are available in the dorm for students to cook.

Independent Housing: Students may opt to secure housing independently. Students who select this option receive a discount equal to the housing portion of the program price.
