Business, International Relations & Spanish Language -Universidad de Deusto - Bilbao

This program is designed for students interested in studying business, international relations, and politics as well as the Spanish language and culture courses. Classes are taught in both Spanish and English by host university faculty in a wide variety of subjects. While most courses on this program are with international students, the majority of whom are North American, students have the option of enrolling in one course with local students.

Students who have completed the following number of semesters/quarters of college-level Spanish or the equivalent typically place into the following language levels:

0-1 semesters (0-2 quarters) = Beginning
2-3 semesters (3-5 quarters) = Intermediate
4-5 semesters (6-8 quarters) = Advanced
5+ semesters (8+ quarters) = High Advanced

Eligibility

Minimum GPA

Students must have a minimum grade point average of 2.75.

Minimum Admissions Prerequisites

There is no language prerequisite for this program.

Credits earned vary according to the policies of the students' home institutions. According to ISA policy and possible visa requirements, students must maintain full-time enrollment status, as determined by their home institutions, for the duration of the program.

Please note that some courses with locals have recommended prerequisite courses. It is the student's responsibility to consult any recommended prerequisites prior to enrolling in their course.
