Attention ISA Sevilla students: ISA is pleased to announce a very unique volunteer opportunity in Sevilla, Spain, in cooperation with UNICEF. UNICEF, or the United Nations Children's Fund, has worked to assist children in impoverished communities since 1946. It currently serves 191 countries in the world by promoting education, creating a protective environment for students, and fighting discrimination in order to maintain equality. For every student who applies to a Sevilla program, ISA will donate 2 euros to this foundation. In addition, parents and students may contribute additional funds to UNICEF. Information will be found in the acceptance packet of enrolled students. Once abroad, ISA Sevilla students will have the opportunity to collaborate on UNICEF fundraising projects in addition to completing their own initiatives with the aid of the ISA office. At the completion of their project, students will receive an official certificate from UNICEF recognizing the number of hours served as a volunteer. This is an exciting opportunity not to be missed and is open at this time to ISA Sevilla students. Please inquire with ISA for more details at isa@studiesabroad.com, or visit the UNICEF website at http://www.unicef.org.
