Recognized as one of the top-ranking universities in Spain today, the Universidad de Sevilla prides itself for its high standard of quality educators. The university sums up its educational directive in four words, 'Equality, Liberty, Justice, and Pluralism,' which is exemplified by its teaching methods, as well as its continued progress made in science, technology, and culture, showing why it has become such a popular destination of study both domestically and internationally.

What makes the Universidad de Sevilla unique is the building itself: Adapted by the University of Sevilla in the 1950s, the campus was converted from the Royal Tobacco Factory, which was one of Europe's first manufacturers of tobacco brought from the Spanish colonization of the Americas. The structure still remains as one of the greatest industrial buildings in Spain, and is one of the oldest of its kind in Europe.

This university program is especially designed for students who already possess a high level of Spanish and wish to deepen their comprehension of the language. It is ideal for students hoping to take courses in the liberal arts, including: history, cinema/theater, art, politics, religion, economics, linguistics, language, literature, and business and marketing.
