  • Overview

    The course will address modern Korean history through in-depth discussions on Korea’s rapid economic development, political history, and cultural milieu. Students will be exposed to the film production process in Korea along with gain an understanding of intended messages in major Korean cinematic works. This course will consist of lectures, screenings, student group presentations, and discussions.
