This course is designed to strengthen students’ usage of English grammar for advanced learners of English. This course will review some basic terminology and structures of English grammar for academic purposes. Students expand on the application both in speaking and writing, along with intensive practice.
Upon successful completion of this course, students will
1. be able to comprehend/produce various grammar structures in English.
2. be able to utilize their grammatical knowledge to express their ideas effectively.
3. be able to incorporate their understanding of English grammar into practical speaking and writing.

Credits earned vary according to the policies of the students' home institutions. According to ISA policy and possible visa requirements, students must maintain full-time enrollment status, as determined by their home institutions, for the duration of the program.
Please reference fall and spring course lists as not all courses are taught during both semesters.
Availability of courses is based on enrollment numbers. All students should seek pre-approval for alternate courses in the event of last minute class cancellations
