  • Overview

    Course description & objectives 
     
    Semestral introduction to the principles of architecture and design. In the course we will resume 
    the history of architecture and architectural styles in bohemian countries from the beginning to the 
    modern and contemporary styles. Based on context of time, society development, and society 
    needs, we will move our talks to interior design and design how it was invented since 
    industrial revolution till current time. Lecturer is an architect focused on interior design in its 
    complete form which starts in supporting structures of the building,  spaceplan proposals and 
    ends with specification of single screw in wooden cabinets or specification of upholsteries. The 
    course will include architectural walks, showroom visiting or interior visiting.
