    Module description
    Acquire a deeper understanding of the structure and recent developments of international commercial law in this module.
    You?ll gain an insight in the concepts underlying the evolution of international commerce, during a time in which multinational corporations are increasingly moulding the legal and administrative practises in states participating in global affairs. Through elements of practical training, you will also enhance your communication skills and will become acquainted with formulating legal arguments.
    By the end of the module students will have acquired an insight into the historical and institutional evolvement of the legal regime governing transnational economic activities.
