Module descriptionAcquire a deeper understanding of the structure and recent developments of international commercial law in this module.You?ll gain an insight in the concepts underlying the evolution of international commerce, during a time in which multinational corporations are increasingly moulding the legal and administrative practises in states participating in global affairs.
