    Description
    This course enables students to understand the nature of the company limited by shares, how it is formed, its documentation, the function of directors, shareholders liquidators and what compliance requirements exist.

    Learning Outcomes
    1. give instructions to solicitors and accountants about the nature of company required.
    2. comply with the legal requirements in respect of directors, shareholders and compliance requirements including annual audit and annual returns.
    3. assess whether a company should be put into liquidation or not and how this should be implemented, and the effects of such a decision on the rights of shareholders, directors, creditors and employees.
