OverviewThis course will examine the figure of "the sommelier" and provide essential information about the following: stocking a cellar, storing wine, reading and composing a wine list, selecting the proper wine glasses, serving wine and decanting wine. There will also be an introduction to spirits and other beverages.

Eligibility for courses may be subject to a placement exam and/or pre-requisites.
Some courses may require additional fees.
