OverviewThis course examines the practical and theoretical elements that drive consumer behavior. Managerial strategies and marketing research used to influence consumers studied alongside the psychological factors of perception, decision-making, persuasion, and socio-cultural and cognitive perceptions and influences will give students an in-depth understanding of consumer tendencies and how they shape the market.
