OverviewThis course introduces the operations for successful housekeeping management. Students will learn how to apply systems of communications, maintenance, inventory, laundry, operating and payroll budgets, labor that are a part of the everyday reality faced by hospitality managers. The application of these techniques is aimed at providing the best services with maximum efficiency on the operational and customer levels.
