  • Overview

    The  main  objective  of  the  course  is  to  explain,  the  hotel  establishment  projective  and  building  process,  both  from  the  construction  point  of  view  and  the  hotel  point  of  view,  so  that  isvalid  for  students  from  different  specialties.

    Analyzing  the  whole  process  from  the  beginning  until  the  opening  of  the  establishment,  all  interrelated  elements,  processes  and  actors  involved.

    Study  the  different  models  and  types  of  hotel  and  what  are  the  evolution  of  these  trends  in  the  future  are.Understand  that  the  whole  process  be  directed  to  the  end  user,  i.e.  the  client,  and  how  they  can  influence  both  the  design  and  the  distribution  of  the  different  rooms  of  the  hotel,  in  customer  perception  and  the  inner  workings  of  the  hotel  itself.

    Knowing  what  are  the  environmental  sustainability  criteria  applicable  to  hotels  and  how  they  can  influence  the  processes  of  design  and  construction.
