OverviewThis unit gives a working knowledge of the structural, legal and business aspects of the Australian music industry by engaging with real world music industry professionals and formulating a number of strategies to reflect this.Learning OutcomesBy the end of this unit you should be able to:
- Understand business structures currently common in the music industry
- Understand how the processes of publishing, recording and distribution of music are shifting with technological advances
- Formulate strategies for success in areas of the music industry relevant to your chosen domain
- Apply ways to find current information relevant to your area of the music industry

Some courses may require additional fees.
Credits earned vary according to the policies of the students' home institutions. According to ISA policy and possible visa requirements, students must maintain full-time enrollment status, as determined by their home institutions, for the duration of the program.
