OverviewThis subject provides an understanding of the role of consumer behaviour in development of the total marketing mix. Students will evaluate the contribution of psychological and social knowledge to both consumer and organisational marketing. This subject has an emphasis on the development of practical analytical skills, and students will gain experience in the writing of effective positioning statements.

Credits earned vary according to the policies of the students' home institutions. According to ISA policy and possible visa requirements, students must maintain full-time enrollment status, as determined by their home institutions, for the duration of the program.
