Sydney Summer 6-Week Program + Internship -University of Sydney

The University of Sydney has customized a 6 week intensive short term program for students to provide hands-on experiential learning in an Australian cultural context, with the option of participating in an appication-based internship for credit. Students will enroll in 2 courses during the 6 week intensive option, totalling 8 U.S. semester credits. The University of Sydney offers an incredible student experience, coupled with start-of-the-art learning environments and academic support services in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. A short-term study abroad experience is a brilliant way to experience the culture, develop global connections in your chosen profession, and gain a competitive advantage in the graduate employment market.

Eligibility

Minimum GPA

Students must have a minimum grade point average of 3.00.

Minimum Admissions Prerequisites

There is no language prerequisite for this program.

Students must have at least sophomore standing (second year) at their home university at the time of participation.


Students are required to submit an official transcript along with the application.

GAP and First Year students are eligible to participate, but must submit the following minimum requirements:
Minimum ACT score of 23 (or 22, if student scored a 4 or 5 on an AP exam)
Minimum SAT score of 1540 (or 1520, if student scored a 4 or 5 on an AP exam)
