Semester / Trimester

Students may choose between the following Program Terms:

Latin American Studies & Courses with Locals - Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso

The Latin American Studies & Courses with Locals program allows students at the advanced or higher Spanish proficiency level to enroll in courses with local Chilean students. Students can choose from a wide range of courses that fall under the host university's curriculum. Students who do not wish to enroll in at least one course with locals, will be required to switch to the Spanish Language & Latin American Studies program.

All courses are taught at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso by local university professors. ISA participants take classes alongside Chilean and other international students.

Program Highlights:

  • Urban style campus right across from the ISA Valparaíso office.
  • Popular Subjects: Business, Literature, Social Sciences, Latin American Studies.
  • Required to enroll in one course, at minimum, with locals.
Gap Year students are also eligible for this program. For more information, click here.

Business and Culture in English & Spanish Language - Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez

The Business and Culture in English & Spanish Language program is designed for students at all levels of Spanish proficiency. All courses are taught at the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez by local university professors. ISA participants take classes alongside other international students.

Program Highlights:

  • Business courses in English available.
  • Traditional style campus.
  • Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez is AACSB accredited.
