Agriculture, Business, Sports, Animal and Natural Sciences -Massey University - Palmerston North

ISA Palmerston North semester and year programs allow students to select courses from a wide variety of fields of study allowing their study abroad experience to fit their individual academic needs. Courses are conducted through Massey University and taught in English by host university professors. ISA students will enroll in courses alongside New Zealand and international students.

Highlights of this Program Include:
  • Beautiful, traditional campus located about a 20 minute walk from the city
  • Very authentic college town
  • Opportunity to do field work on one of the many farms surrounding campus
  • Strong Programs in Agriculture; Animal Science; Business; Sports and Exercise Science; Life Sciences
  • Housing: Students will be placed in self-catered, apartment style dorms on campus
  • Multi-day Bridging Cultures Program orientation in Auckland and Rotorua
  • Optional semester break excursions to Thailand, East Coast Australia, Bali, Ayers Rock/Uluru, or New Zealand's South Island
Semester + Semester Programs Available: Students may participate in the Spring + Fall OR the Fall +
Spring sessions of this program by selecting their two semesters of interest when submitting the initial

Eligibility

Minimum GPA

Students must have a minimum grade point average of 2.75.

Minimum Admissions Prerequisites

There is no language prerequisite for this program.

Students must have at least sophomore standing (second year) at their home university at the time of participation.

Students are required to submit an official transcript along with the application.
