Disaster Risk and Emergency Management Expedition & Internship -Massey University - Wellington
ISA Wellington summer students participate in a six week summer program exclusively to study abroad students. Students will discuss and explore disaster risk and emergency management in various contexts and locations in New Zealand and work with local experts and community groups to understand the context, consequences, and management of risks. The program is conducted through Massey University and taught in English by host university professors.

Students must have a minimum grade point average of 2.75.
Minimum Admissions Prerequisites
There is no language prerequisite for this program.
Students must have completed a minimum of 2 semesters at a 4-year university at time of application.
Students must be actively pursuing a degree in Emergency Management, Homeland Security, Public Safety, Engineering, Urban and Regional Planning, Public Policy, Sociology, Geography, or Health Sciences. Students who are pursuing a degree in a related major are eligible to apply and may need to provide additional application materials.
Students must have completed two courses at the 200 level in a related field of study at time of application.
