With 40% of the courses at Korea University taught in English, students can choose from a wide variety of classes in Art & Design, Education, Engineering, Information & Communication, Journalism & Mass Communication, Liberal Arts, Political Science, Technology, etc., when participating this semester program. Korea University's Business School is the first business school accredited both by AACSB & EQUIS in Korea.

Students who select the Semester + Semester option for this program will receive a $1,500 discount. ISA support services, housing, and insurance are not included during the interim period between sessions but may be added for an additional charge.

Eligibility

Minimum GPA

Students must have a minimum grade point average of 2.50.

Minimum Admissions Prerequisites

  • All students must have a passport that is valid for at least six months after the end of their program in order to be accepted into the program. Students who do not yet have a passport MUST apply for one as soon as possible and may need to pay for expedited processing to ensure that they have a passport by the application deadline.
  • Minimum Admissions Prerequisites: Students must have completed a minimum of two semesters at a higher education institution (community college, college, or university) at the time of application to the program. There are no exceptions to this requirement. Please contact the ISA Seoul Program Manager with any questions.

Students must also submit a letter of recommendation from an academic reference, a letter of intent, color passport copy, profile photo, and Korea University student oath, along with their standard ISA application. Students will receive detailed instructions for these application materials in their ISA student portal after submitting their initial ISA online application. All required application materials must be submitted on or before the application deadline. Contact the ISA Seoul Program Manager for more details.

Mission Work

ISA's Veritas Christian Study Abroad division adds ministry service opportunities and spiritual support to existing ISA programs. Students interested in participating in missions while studying abroad must apply to a Veritas program (Visit veritasabroad.com to view program options). Veritas programs promote spiritual growth through the on-site support of a Mission Mentor as well as engaging academic and mission experiences.
