Spanish Language, Culture & Electives -Universidad de Granada
This program offers Spanish language and culture courses from the beginning through advanced levels of Spanish. Students will enroll in two required Spanish language courses at their respective language level and two to three additional electives taught in English or Spanish. Classmates are international students, the majority of whom are North American. All classes are taught by host university faculty at the Centro de Lenguas Modernas at the University of Granada.
What is the difference between the A and B programs?
If the placement exam indicates that the student's language level is too advanced for this program (High Advanced Language Level or higher), it will be recommended that the student switch to the Hispanic Studies program.Gap Year students are also eligible for this program. Students must have a minimum grade point average of 2.50.
Minimum Admissions Prerequisites
There is no language prerequisite for this program.
Whether you take the minimum hours of instruction available or maximum hours of instruction available during this program depends on the course equivalency requirements of your home univeristy. The courses in this program consist of 45 hours per class.
