The Hispanic Studies Summer program offers courses at the intermediate and advanced levels of Spanish in the subjects of language, literature and culture. Students will be able to take 2 courses per summer term, for a total of 90 contact hours. Students may enroll in overlapping, back to back summer sessions, allowing them to complete 12 credits or 180 contact hours of Spanish. Students will be in class with other ISA students. All courses are taught by host university faculty from the Universitat de València.
Students must have a minimum grade point average of 2.50.
Minimum Admissions Prerequisites
Students must have completed or tested out of a minimum of four semesters (six quarters) of college-level Spanish.
Courses and course hours of instruction are subject to change.
Availability of courses is based on enrollment numbers. All students should seek pre-approval for alternate courses in the event of last minute class cancellations
