Simulation Case Study:
After a student chooses a role (disputant, negotiator, mediator, etc.) in the conflict under study, he/she will proceed to identify the relevant actors and stakeholders involved, trace the origins, development, dynamics and transformation of the conflict. From the many approaches available to the practitioner of conflict resolution, and taking into account the theories, principles and strategies discussed in class, the students will choose the most effective method of bringing the conflict to a mutually acceptable resolution. At the end of the term, the students will proceed to simulate a conflict resolution session and collectively draft a report with the appropriate resolution and recommendationsFor a full course syllabus, please contact the ISA Meknes Site Specialist.
