Main Outcomes
- On completion of this module, students should be able to:
- Identify and explain the central ideas of major value theories.
- Identify and explain the core arguments used to support those theories.
- Begin to respond critically to those theories and apply them in responding to a range of contemporary moral issues.
Main Content- Introductory moral and political philosophy;
- Challenging contemporary issues, including but not limited to questions of equality and inequality, individual rights and entitlements, and
- Questions about our obligations to the state.
