Course Content:
This module explores the legal protection given to intellectual property, and considers
the particular types of such property such as copyright and patents. It puts this law into
the increasingly influential international context and also draws on comparative study of
the protection afforded in other jurisdictions. It enables students to pursue research in
individual areas of intellectual property law.Topics covered include:
