Overview
The module is structured in two parts. Part 1 involves reviewing theories and approaches related to leadership and management and factors that influence the effectiveness of the leadership and management process. Part 2 involves helping students to develop core skills and understanding needed to deal with management responsibilities and develop as leaders. Assessment: Group Coursework (25%) ; Essay (75%). *All transcripts are issued in UK credits.
