Overview
This module is especially useful for those students who will be seeking exemptions in Company Law from UK
professional bodies, but is also relevant for anyone who wishes to learn about the nature, function and place of
company law in business. The module is concerned with the significance of the inter-relationship between
shareholders, company directors, creditors, customers and members of the public and the role of the government and
other institutions in company law.
Assessment: Coursework (30%) and Examination (70%)
