The aim of this module is to reflect this trend, by addressing in detail the psychological theories and skills that apply to the promotion of peak performance. More specifically, this module will not only build on the broad knowledge achieved at HE1 level, and will also introduce new areas that are at the forefront of psychological practice and research.
