Overview
Assessment: coursework (2000 words)
This module develops students? knowledge of the issues involved in managing a diverse workforce, working in different cultural environments and managing a multi-national organization. Throughout the module the concern will be both about organisational effectiveness and also about ethics and social responsibility in the management of culture. The module will also give the opportunity for students to develop their knowledge of management and organisational practices in different parts of the world.
