Overview
Assessment: essay (2000 words) [50%], unseen paper (1.5 hours) [50%]
This module focusses on the essential topics that make up the discipline of Christian theology: trinity, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, life and death, resurrection, immortality of the soul, and eternal life. It attempts to capture the distinctive way Christianity thinks about God, and, most importantly, why it thinks it is necessary to think about God in this way. This module is for anyone who wants to focus on the essentials of Christian theology.
