Overview
Module description
In this module students will acquire basic understanding and knowledge of a selection of key topics in Healthcare Technology including the basics of medical imaging, medical simulation and medical robotics.You will gain hands on experience through practical sessions, whilst also developing an awareness of the historical developments in Healthcare Technology over the last 100 years.
This module is aimed at students from a range of backgrounds including those studying medicine, biomedical sciences, biomedical engineering, dentistry, natural sciences, nursing and other subjects allied to healthcare
