    1 / General objectives of the course:
    Discover the French culture: history, regions, traditional festivals, school system, but also rules of politeness, gestures, idiomatic expressions ... through an intercultural approach. The theme should be addressed by a PowerPoint presentation prepared by 2 students, then the teacher will develop the theme with texts or video documents.


    2 / Pedagogical approach of the teacher
    The course will start with a presentation prepared by one or two students on the theme of the week. The active participation of the other students is requested following this presentation. The course will continue with documents proposed by the professor to complete and deepen the theme of the week. The understanding of the PowerPoint presentation will be assessed by a quiz prepared by the students.

    Three production notes:
    Note 1: work on a table
    Note 2: work at home
    Note 3: a presentation
    Participation note: Attendance, initiative, responsiveness, relevance of interventions
    Each note takes into account knowledge and expression in French.
    Attendance at table controls is mandatory to obtain the certificate.
