    1 / General objectives of the course:

    To discover the field of fashion and its importance on the artistic, cultural, economic and social plane.
    Understand its evolution, inseparable from the historical and social events of an era.
    Analyze his messages through the garment (main signifier), accessories and other fashion signs (including perfume and colors).


    2 / Pedagogical approach of the teacher

    Presentation of the theoretical framework, lexicon and discourse on the theme of fashion and styling
    Analysis of places, crafts, creations and the history of fashion through press articles, filmed documents and various visuals.
    Communicative approach based on a contribution of analyzes and information given by the teacher and preparations made at home by the student. The activities of the class focus on group work and oral communication.
