    1 / General objectives of the course:
    This course offers a better understanding of life in France. You will discover the habits of the French in
    their daily life but also their traditions, their regional and family customs and how they
    celebrate. This course is a "journey" through history, geography, gastronomy and literature during
    thematic tours.


    2 / The teacher's educational approach
    This course is built on a communicative approach that invites students through many types
    activities (group work, observations, document analysis, visits, etc.) to actively participate.

    3 / Supports
    Texts, comics, video clips, posters, songs ... Themed outings are offered.

    4 / Assessment:
    Three production notes:
    note 1: two table tests.
    note 2: presentations
    A participation note: Attendance, initiative, responsiveness, relevance of interventions
    Each note takes into account knowledge and expression in French.
    Attendance at table checks is mandatory to obtain the certificate.

    5 / Attendance, punctuality
    MAXIMUM NUMBER OF UNJUSTIFIED ABSENCES: TWO
    Beyond that, neither the Certificate of Attendance nor the Certificate of Results can be awarded.
    In case of absence or delay, notify the teacher and the secretariat. Present proof when returning
    in class. It is up to you to find out (from a friend) about the work done and the homework
    requested.
