    Objectives
    ? To be enable to communicate in professional environments
    Program
    ? To deal with the professional tasks of today?s business world in writing and orally. Particular focus will be given on email communication.

    Examples of oral tasks:
    - To handle/run a conversation on the phone
    - To make an appointment
    - To accept or decline an invitiation
    - To introduce yourself at hotel reception
    - To call and lead a business meeting
    - To give a toast
    - To give a presentation (Thesis, antithesis, synthesis)
    - To have a job interview

    Examples of oral tasks:
    - To apologize
    - To send out New Years letters
    - To ask for and give travel information
    - To present a business
    - To prepare the agenda for a meeting
    - To schedule or plan a meeting via email
    - To write a resume and a cover letter
    - To write a formal complaint
