Overview
The main part of this module will deal with the theoretical background and the applications in modern food analysis of separation techniques such as thin-layer chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography and electrophoresis.
This module is a 7 week module and will be assessed at the end of this period (March break).
