Overview
This module aims to equip PEP students with essential project management skills required for the work environment. This module aims to generate a solid understanding of the fundamentals of project management and the necessary tools needed to implement successful projects.
Learning Outcomes
Understand the fundamentals of project management
Assess and discuss the value of using a systematic approach to project management
Apply project management tools & techniques to various aspects of projects
Develop the scope of work, provide accurate cost estimates and plan the various activities
Design a project schedule and implement a work breakdown structure
Monitor the progress of a project and to assess the risk of slippage
